Outside of work, David is dedicated to spending time with his wife and raising his four children. He is an avid traveler and a passionate supporter of Philadelphia sports teams.

With a strong foundation in the insurance industry spanning 8 years, Nelson possesses a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges within the agency and brokerage space. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, with his wife and daughter. He enjoys outdoor activities, hiking, CrossFit, and cheering on his favorite teams, the Ole Miss Rebels, Baltimore Ravens, and Baltimore Orioles. Nelson’s dedication to connecting top talent with thriving agencies and brokerages is fueled by his passion for the insurance industry and his commitment to building strong relationships.

  Adam Nay is the Vice President of Business Development and Executive Search at PRG Insurance Recruiters. With nearly a decade of staffing and recruiting experience, Adam delivers innovative staffing solutions tailored to clients and candidates' unique needs. Based in Indianapolis, Indiana, Adam is a dedicated family man, spending time with his wife and daughter. He enjoys golfing on the weekends with friends and watching his favorite sports teams, the Colts, Pacers, and Indiana Hoosiers.
